Our caregivers share the same philosophy of care as we do here. They see their work more than just a job — our caregivers understand the difference they make in the lives of those they care for. At Hmong Home Health Care, Inc., our job is to provide you, our caregiver, with the tools and direction needed to fulfill your personal philosophy and mission in caring for and improving the lives of those that we serve.
Before joining our caring and compassionate team, our team members and caregivers must first go through the following steps:
- Pass a background study by the MN Department of Human Services, including having your photo taken and being fingerprinted into the department’s database*
- Clear reference checks
*We are a state approved and certified fingerprinting vendor, eliminating the added task from you of having to go to a third party vendor to get your photo taken and be fingerprinted!
Orientation, Training and Continuing Education
To ensure that you are ready and equipped for your position as a caregiver for our clients, we provide a comprehensive instructor-led and orientation program that details our policies, procedures and specialized training, including safety and infection control. Your orientation program will also include on-the-job training with one of our licensed professionals to go over your client’s specific care of plan.
In addition to our orientation program, our Qualified Professionals and administration team will continue to provide you with ongoing training and support to help you be successful in your job.
